Affirming Minds Institute (AMI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to neurodiversity-affirming mental health services and inclusive workforce opportunities throughout Illinois — specifically within Will County and surrounding areas.

Through innovative workforce development programs, supported employment pathways, and employer partnerships, AMI helps neurodivergent individuals, emerging mental health professionals, and underserved community members build sustainable careers while improving access to care.
